·	Led product development for Metro Optical Ethernet products, BayStack Ethernet Switches, Norstar telephony, BCM VoIP and Instant Internet.

·	Managed relationships with silicon suppliers; negotiated strategic partnerships; responsible for creating Nortel's Taiwan Development Center and had significant role in promoting outsourcing within Nortel's Enterprise Division.

·	Managed organization through intense industry downsizing; set organization objectives, budgets, product roadmaps and priorities; managed groups and projects across multiple geographical regions.
